The Interview Room – Boardroom Experience

Schools can now book our exclusive Interview Room experience as an onsite or external session. This immersive boardroom-style workshop includes:


- A 4-hour intensive interview skills workshop
- Roleplay interview simulations and employer expectations

- Group coaching for 8–10 students
- Delivered by recruitment professionals with 25 years of experience working for global companies in their graduate recruitment.

    We’ll teach students how to structure their answers using proven techniques like STAR. They’ll learn how to handle difficult questions, speak with confidence, and make a strong first impression. We’ll cover body language, tone, and mindset to help them stay calm under pressure. Most importantly, they’ll get real-time practice with feedback from experienced interviewers.

  • This session focuses on handling nerves, speaking with impact, and feeling comfortable under pressure — building the confidence to walk into any interview ready.

  • We guide students through where to find apprenticeships, how to apply effectively, and what makes a strong application — perfect for those exploring alternatives to university. We will also use our industry links to help secure offers for our students.

  • We teach students how to build a professional identity, introduce themselves with confidence, and network smartly — in-person and online.

  • Led by Oxbridge graduates, this session supports students applying to Law or Medicine with focused help on the LNAT or MCAT — ideal for high-achieving candidates.
